Meet The Builder
Our process begins with a
meeting to discuss your
project, vision, and time-
line. We will also go over
our custom design process.
Design Phase
During this step, you may provide you own blueprints or work with our team to create ready-to-build plans based off of your vision.
Estimating
After the design phase you will pick your selections to match your design style and desired materials. With this we will put together a proposal.
Proposal Presentation
We will have a meeting to go over your detailed proposal - a great opportunity to collaborate further and build our relationship.
Contract / Construction
Once you are happy with the plans you can sign the contract and construction will begin! Bringing your vision to life.

Our Story.
The story of Clifford Construction Co. began in 1939, when the current location of our company was purchased by the grandfather of our President, Steve Clifford. What started as a small, family-run operation quickly grew into a trusted name in the local trades. Over the years, the business wore many hats — from plumbing and heating to roofing, carpentry, and electrical — always adapting to serve the needs of the community with integrity and skill.
When Steve’s grandfather was ready to pass the torch, Steve’s father stepped in, continuing the tradition of excellence. During these years, Steve worked closely alongside both his dad and grandfather, gaining hands-on experience and learning the values and skillset that would one day shape his own vision.
In 1994, Steve officially took the reins. With a deep respect for the past and a clear vision for the future, he brought together the knowledge and skills passed down through generations. In 1999, Clifford Construction Co. was born — a company built not just with tools and timber, but with heart, heritage, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
