In-person meeting to learn about your vision, goals, and timeline so we can map out your custom home path
2. Design & Proposal
Create or refine blueprints, pick out preferred materials and finishes, and receive your clear, detailed proposal.
3. Contract & Build
Once the proposal feels right, you will sign the contract and you'll watch your dream home come to life.
Our process is centered on clear communication and strong client relationships. Because building a home is a major investment, we focus on working with the right people and taking on only a few custom homes each year. This allows us to stay hands-on, responsive, and fully committed to every project.
