In-person meeting to learn about your vision, goals, and timeline so we can map out your custom home path.

2. Design & Proposal

Create or refine blueprints, pick out preferred materials and finishes, and receive your clear, detailed proposal.

3. Contract & Build

Once the proposal feels right, you will sign the contract and begin watching your dream home come to life.

Our process is designed to ensure your home is built exactly the way you envision it. We prioritize taking time during steps 1 and 2 in order to learn about you, your goals, and your lifestyle in order to give you exactly what you want.
